Vendor Information for Balfour Daze 2025
General Information:

No motorized vehicles are allowed on the sports field due to an underground sprinkler system. Vendors will be responsible for any damages or repairs.

Vendors must clean their area at the end of the day.

Vendors are required to bring their own tables and canopies.

Space assignments will be made by the Vendor Chairperson.
Artisan Vendors

Fee: $25.00 (must be paid in full to reserve your spot)

Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Setup: Begins at 08:00 AM; must be set up by 11:00 AM

Take Down: Begins at 4:00 PM
Food Vendors

Fee: $35.00 (must be paid in full to reserve your spot)

Operating Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Setup: Begins at 08:00 AM; must be set up by 12:00 PM

Take Down: Begins at 7:00 PM
Insurance
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended for all vendors.
