Railtown Classic Rock from 3 – 4:30
Railtown Classic Rock is a five piece band from Nelson who loves to play classic rock songs from the 70s. On occasion or when requested, they will also play a great set of country music.

White Lightning from 5 – 6:30
White Lightning is a highly danceable 6-piece Blues, Rock and Boogie Band from Nelson BC, with a distinctive twin guitar plus harmonica sound. They play classics from Little Walter to Chuck Berry, Little Feat and the Beatles plus an increasing collection of Kootenay-themed originals. Their energetic, dance-focused songs get folks off their seats with well crafted, good mood music for any event. The band’s rocking blues sound owes much to Gord Watt (guitar) and Kevin McKenzie (harmonica). Front man Dave Carroll has played Rock, Blues, Classical and Jazz over the years, always loving best what he’s doing right this minute whilst Glenn Mitchell (keyboard) adds a whole new dimension to the band’s vocal harmonies and full sound. Nelson’s busiest bassist, Phil Wilson-Birks teams up with drummer Bill Graham in a rock-solid rhythm section that powers this multi-talented line-up.

The Metre Maids
Hailing from Nelson, British Columbia, The Metre Maids are the Kootenays’ #1 Beatles cover band. Boasting tight harmonies, in-the-pocket grooves, and good vibes, these fabulous four women interpret Beatles classics while channeling the girl groups of the sixties who inspired the music: the Shirelles, the Marvelettes, and Rosie and the Originals. Accomplished musicians who play multiple instruments, write music, teach music, and live for music, Mel, Jackie, Molly, and Sarah get every audience singing and dancing so loudly the room vibrates.
